Unfortunately it seems that closing date for attendees notification was Monday 23rd Nov going by this post dated 20.11.13: :-(

Kindly note that the hotel would like to know the final amount of people by the end of this week latest Monday. For those who didn't pay as yet PLEASE make sure payment is done by the end of this week.
