On behalf of the Filipino people, I commend and express my extreme gratitude to all the peoples and races who have come to provide relief, care, resources and prayers for our unfortunate countrymen in the central region of Visayas. It demonstrates the solidarity of all peoples of the world to help and care for the victims of natural calamities and tragedies.

Yea...A lot more than your own corrupt Government did...They even had the nerve to declare the Emergency Disaster Relief Fund of over $20,000,000 US Dollars unconstitutional and froze the funds from being dispensed to the victims of Yolanda, and the Bohol earthquake and floods...UNBELIEVABLE...They also went so far as having the media lie as to the damage to other parts of the country just to continue the advertising for more donations like UNICEF which is well known to give only about 10% to victims...How much money and donated goods has been pilfered off and resold to line the pockets of barangay and government officials while people are still homeless with little or no relief to date...
