unable to get Spike TV pr PPV, I placed an order for UFC 1 through 108 complete Pay Per View DVD set. should have it in less than 8 weeks, maybe even 4 (I hope it doesn't get confiscated).

At this pace, and with so much free time, I might be able to watch the full Pride FC collection, Dream, WEC and Bodog.

I was on Facebook and this guy just couldn't help but post about Fedor's fight. I didn't want to know. but I also knew this was going to happen. Fedor fighting and I cant see it live. six months ago I was working and living no more than 15 minutes from the HP Pavilion where they had the fight %&$*@#&^#!*

The bad news is he was submitted. He lost! The good news is I didn't see it unfold. I would've had a heart attack. But more bad news is he lost. Another bit of good news is...f@&%$ !! no good news. Im going to have nightmares tonight.

Just so you know what I am talking about, Fedor likes to draw, just like we did when we were kids. This is the kind of man he is. Completely devoid of anger and malice. Below is some of his artwork:

On Fedor Emelianenko's FB fan page he posted a simple "I will be back" on his wall right after the fight.

There is also an interview on youtube where he was asked about his first official MMA loss. If you watch it you'll now why the man is a legend.

Fedor IS the best.

However, at the moment of his loss, he was not. Werdum beat him, and that's that.

This is MMA, and if you don't pay attention. If you have an inferior physical, mental or emotional balance, even for few seconds, you lose--you cease to be a champ.
Fedor lost. He was not tough enough to not let a decade of triumph get to his head. He is great, nonetheless. But not as great as someone who wouldn't get pushed over the edge of overconfidence by 32 straight victories.

Regardless of any shortcomings of Fedor at the time of the fight with Werdum, he is still the best that MMA has ever seen. Not only by the number of his wins, but also whom he won against. Who else could go undefeated in Pride? PRIDE!!

And what the hell do those religious cronies do with him any way? Many fear that they must be distracting him.

Finally, Fedor will be 34 this Sept. One must ask, when will his opponent begin to have an age advantage over him?

And rightly so. How many professional fighters do you know can pull off a pinstripe and a tie on the Octagon and still kick major a$$? A skillful warrior, a class-act gentleman and an exceptional dandy. Respect! to all MMAist and more so to the likes of GSP.
