Do you use zodiacs (for love, business, good luck)?
Do you know your Chinese birth sign?
Are you familiar with zodiac compatibilities (love, friends)?
Are you conversant on zodiac matters?
Do you think you are the owner of your life or somebody up in the sky owns you?
Do you have a clue about the flow of immaterial energies from you to another person and vice-versa?

My life has seen more than four tigers and, in that time, I believe I've managed to collect some wisdom.

I'm a skilled in meditation, able to be 'out of body' as well as control heart beat and blood pressure.
The latter is really handy when doctors get all upperty and try to force "well man" check ups when you went to get a wound in your head stitch up. The quack said, "your BP is a little high" (doctor speak meaning, you're about to die)
Of course it was, I was rushing about to get the course set up for a show jumping competition I was judging but had to piss about going to the doctor to get stitches because I'd just fallen off of a sodding horse. What does the prat expect?
Anyway, I turned down the BP whilst the arm thing was still on and asked him if that was better.
He seems shocked.
Doctors know crap all.

Do you think you are the owner of your life or somebody up in the sky owns you?

What do you mean; some dude in one of HSBC's larger tower blocks?

1). A meditating Tiger, hmmmm, I believe it's more of a dozing Tiger ...Ìý :D

2). Is the Ram in your profile picture an Aries?Ìý :unsure

3). Re who owns whom, I say this:
If somebody tell me that Mas Fred has no humor, I shall contradict him strongly.Ìý :)

A tiger may appear to be dozing, but don't walk too close.
The ram isn't - it's a sheep. I'm not gay.
I have no humur but I have humour.

Here in Sri Lanka, the majority is Buddhism. They are not only following Buddha but most people follow many gods praying to have merits . They do sign for weddings, goinaways, home-comings and many more celebrations followed by auspisious times.
In my case, I do not believe in horoscopes, astrology, zodiac symbols .. nothing!
Am Christian!!! :D

i believe what i see not from astrologe or ...from some of million of people may be match .Even though most of thais believe but infact it is just a kind of psycology and some earns from it a lot.Ìý ;)

Knowing about zodiacs can do no harm to anybody.

There are many inexplicable things and situations which cannot be explained so far without astrology.

Astrology was in fashion for centuries after AD100.Ìý Renaissance in Europe changed all that.
Now people are brought up to believe they own their destiny, which may be true 99%.
How about the 1%?Ìý :/

Astrology may save your life and keep you out of jail when you meet someone who irritates you to the maximum and whom you could kill in a second, but, because of your knowledge of zodiac incompatibilities, you realize in that very second that it's just a person you cannot deal with and you walk away with a sigh of relief ....

Many crimes, including crimes of passion, could be avoided if someone has knowledge about zodiac and energy cycles.

Many couples are together not for long term love and great professional achievements, but to fight until destruction something which would not happen (or happen less devastatingly) if at least one of the two parties studies and applies zodiac teachings.Ìý :top:

Zodiacs are just one more way to know, and those who avoid knowing, automatically attract disaster upon themselves.Ìý :(

Well, well, well, do you know what tigers do?Ìý :D
Your (in)compatibilities, the time to attack, your roads, King Of The Jungle, expensive fur, bloody meals (literally, not figuratively)???Ìý :)

stumpy

I am definitely not king of the jungle, at least not in our houseÌý :DÌý
However, from time to time I do indulge in raw meat salad and anther made from raw pigs entrails.Ìý :o

Could it be that your significant half is none other than a Tigress?Ìý :o

stumpy

Yes true. Born in the year of the tiger as well... :o

Tiger men, Stumpy, go well only with tigresses ladies, just like in the wild.
Any other combination leads to blood, deadly attacks, live devouring, and in the case of people: Court House, hospitalization and ... jail time.Ìý Maybe death.

If a Tiger/Tigress relationship (which is already productive) is to be perfectly balanced, at least one of the kids must also be born in the year of the Tiger.
If no child of Tiger human parents is Tiger, then deadly attacks like those in the jungle occur in many subtle ways and many times on the child.

People born in the zodiac of Tiger are the second most powerful creatures in the world. It's not for nothing they are called Kings Of The Jungle ...Ìý :)

John C.

Any Horses here?Ìý :)

When we talk about Tigers, we in fact refer to all the big cats: lions, jaguars, pumas, leopards, etc.Ìý Watch them what they do and you can draw parallels to how the animal in us works ...

Hi John,

For some reason the link you sent doesn't seem to work. Can I assume that you're referring to your posting "The Year of the Horse starts today"?

I place absolutely no credence whatsoever in horoscopes or the zodiac. I think that anyone who has ever used them simply makes sweeping general predictions that can apply to large masses of people so it ends up being like horse manure, we throw a shovel full of it at the wall and some of it sticks, the rest doesn't.

I was born on June 4 so that makes me a Gemini, not that I put any faith in that.

Cheers,
James

I have to disagree (when the attributes of my zodiac are to my advantage).

Tiger
Symbolizes power, passion and daring
A rebellious, colourful and unpredictable character, commanding awe and respect from all quarters
Impulsive and vivacious, restless and reckless. Loves being the centre of attention.
Has humanitarian instincts, loves babies, endangered species
Whatever the current object of adulation is, everything else will take second place
The tiger can be aspiring and adventurous, trusting their own luck and charisma to see them through tough times and eventually bring successes
May have large ego, but romantic at heart
Are amazingly handsome and make fantastic lovers

Can you give me one good reason why I would want to deny any of that in public?

Hi James, :)
You no doubt are entitled to your opnions.
Knowing about the zodiac does no harm. Not knowing about it can only bring confusion.

The Chinese zodiac covers 12 years, the western zodiac covers 12 months.
How can such coincidence in numbers (even if across different time spans) happen?

How do same events with the same people years apart produce different results?

In my case the zodiac works perfectly. Amazing ....
I wish I had more time to elaborate, but I can tell you that the zodiac cycles work well for me.
Our life evolves in patterns and we follow a Destiny.Ìý I have real proof of it.

Are you a Gemini?Ìý Fine, but more than that you are .... (whatever your Chinse zodiac describes) for a full year.

There is order in everything and if you discover it, you can use it to your advantage.Ìý :D

Maasai Mara zebra escapes lion ambush

In the year of Horse power, times are so bad for the big cats that even a lonely, confused zebra escapes the trap and ambush from four fearless lions, not to say that no crocodiles were there when the zebra crossed the river back ...

How do you call it when nothing happens or bad things happen for 11 years and then your best year comes along?Ìý Ìý;)
