Visit visa to resident visa !!

Hello all
How is everyone? I hope all is doing well.
Anyone recently changed from visit visa to resident visa for wife? Any agents you know of ?
With this recent rule change that you have to be out of country; is anyone else suffering from the same problem? Figured a way out of it?
Can you please share here !! Will be of great help.

Hello,
As per the new rules, visit visa could not be transferred to employment visa, so one has to exit Oman in order to enable his/her employer to apply for his/her employment visa. The nearest place could be Dubai but for Pakistanis, Indians, Bangladeshis and Srilankans it is advisible to go to their home countries because if the employment visa got delayed due to any reason, the Dubai trip would cost them more.
