[SAIGON] Where to buy oversized clothes?

My best friend's bday is coming soon, and actually I have no idea what to buy, so I think a T-shirt might sound good. He's 6'2", pretty skinny, but its enough to know no normal Viet clothes fits him. So I would be really glad if anyone can tell me where to buy nice big sized T-Shirt here, in Saigon.
I just moved to Saigon 1 month ago, so Im still new to this city, any help is highly appreciated. Anw, if its possible, can you tell me which size I should buy for a man 6'2" in height and about 200 pounds in weight.

I think you can buy in SaiGon Square, quite a lottttttttttttttttttttt.
