I wanted to know if there is a bookstore in Riyadh where I can order books in German?

you can tryJarir bookstore, just tell the taxi driver to the nearest store in your place.

You must try to Jarir bookstore like above mentioned.聽 There's a lot of Jarir branches around the Kingdom, and maybe you will find some books in German language.聽 Just in case it's not available, Amazon is your second choice.

Jarir is the best book store I've found in the Kingdom (especially now that the Al Shark Bookstores no longer seem to sell ... you know ... books).

The problem with Jarir is they will only order stuff for you that's in their catalogue but not in the store. They seem really cautious of ordering the 'wrong' books and won't even order academic titles. Quite a problem.

If you don't mind Kindle, and you know your way around the Internet and its many protocols, then you can order any book on Amazon.
