Hi.. I ll move to riyad next month and want to know if there s good compound there with good price

Hi Kawther, Welcome to Saudi Arabia Forum.

For your info, compounds does not have good prices in Saudi Arabia in general and in Riyadh in particular since it is the capital. I think the least you can get in a compound (specially in Riyadh) would be around SAR 80,000 per annum (that would be for a very small apartment).
