Hi there,

Im moving to Bergen in July from New Zealand and would really like to know what the weather will be like there .

I've looked at some websites that show a few tourist pictures of how beautiful it is, however I would really like to take a look at other parts of Bergen and any photos that you may want to share with me.

Would anyone mind squizzing me some of your photos to look at,聽 perhaps of places youve gone to that you think would be of interest.

I would really appreciate it so that I dont feel too much of a stranger when I arrive .

Hi!

Well, the weather in Bergen will be rainy most of the time. Bergen is known to be 'Europes Seattle' (Seattle is the rainest city in US). Bergen is famouse for its rain, they even sell bottled/canned rain water as suvaniers to tourists. LOL

So I would recommend buying good rain jacket, trousers and wellies (Bergans and Stormberg are good brands, durable) I would also recommend you buy yourself thermal underwear for winter time coz it gets very cold. This year we had the highest downfall of snow in maaany years, freezing our butts of.

Other than that Bergen is a beautiful city and I do hope you enjoy yourself.
