Does anyone know when the public holidays are in Libya - I know you can't give exact dates for Ramadan etc, but would like to know around when approximately.

Ramadan will begin on August 11 in Libya

2 March : Declaration of Public Dominion听
8 March : Syrian Revolution
28 March : Removal of English Occupation Forces
11 June : Removal of American Forces
23 July : July Revolution
1 September : Great 1 September
7 October : Removal of Italian Occupation Forces

Islamic Festivals (according to AH-Calendar)

Ramadan Festival : 3 Days
Sacrifices Festival : 4 Days
Birthday of Prophet Mohammed (S.A.V) : 1 Day
Islamic New Year : 1 Day
