hello i am聽 in a tourist visa in paraguay , which bank can open a saving acc for me thanks

Without having residency, or being in the process of applying for residency, no bank will open an account for you as a tourist.聽聽As for applying for an account when and if you go through the residency process, that is allowed as there is a requirement to have a $5,000 balance held in a Paraguayan bank before you can complete this process.
