Post new topic

CheckDoc

Hi! Before I start I'd like the thank the community for their wonderful information and insight in this website. (Spent hours looking around and found useful information.)

Now for introductions..

I'm a Korean American 34 year old Pediatric Surgeon  working for Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) currently stationed at Nigeria and will be at Vietnam for a 3 month next week.

-Why am I coming to Vietnam?
Why for vacation of course!
Well in my vacation I will also...
1. Seek EHF(Ebola Virus) information and past records.
2. Update Vietnamese Doctors on new ways in treating patients with the EHF.
3. Raise Public Awareness on disease prevention.
The EHF and H5N1 was in Vietnam in the past. Diseases and viruses tend to reappear. Safe to be prepared
4. Community service in the Northern District of Vietnam.
-Experience new culture, language, tradition.
People are amazing! Everyone of you guys are amazing! YES!
-Make New Friends
BE MY FRIEND YES? YES!?! :par:

Now now, lets not scare the locals. You know being in those suits make you feel very safe. Except the fact that it is scorching hot in most days.
