Post new topic

Mosin Ali...

I am Mohsin Ali from Pakistan and i got a job in bahrain as an engineer.
My employer told me that they had applied for my visa on 11 August 2014 but still i do not get my visa.
When i put my passport number on LMRA website,it says "The requested record does not exist in the system".
Please guide me about this case.

Hi Mohsin Ali -
We had a few threads on the subject of visas. Please take a look at them. Perhaps your question is already answered there. The links are below:

Usually it takes around 10 days to process a work visa. Better check with your employer

They have told me on 2 september to wait 3 weeks more

Sometimes the passport doesn't show up on the site.  Also get the application ID from them to check it against that.  That will show you which stage the application is at.

But generally, if the record is not showing in the system, that means that LMRA has either not received the application, they haven't applied or there is a system glitch.  Either case, you need to ask your employers.

No one here can predict how long it takes - it can take anywhere from 2 weeks up to 2 months depending on the individual or company circumstances.
