Cost of Living in Gozo

I am looking to move to Gozo in Mid November.聽 My British Army Pension will be approximately 1300 Euros a month.聽 Do readers think that this would be enough to rent a small two bedroom place and living a decent life?

Familiar question so here's the usual answer.
It will all depend upon your lifestyle and expectations.
If there are two of you and a dog and that is your only income then I would seriously reconsider that figure.
Things are cheaper here, more 'bang for your buck' usually but there will be many things to pay for you may not have considered.
If you have medical issues then be prepared to pay for your medication, internet/phone, transport (car?) rent, utilities, food; I mean the list goes on and only you will know what you want.
Send us a list and then do costings and don't forget, an emergency fund.
Also very expensive to die and have body disposed of (or repatriated) over here.
