I've got a problem about poor oral English.I can reading and writing,but can not communicate with other people in English.
So I would like to find a friend who can speak fluent English to help me.As a return for your kindness,I can teach you chinese,and as your guide in shanghai.

Take great care in face to face meetings, making sure they're in a public place, such as a shopping centre.
