Im living in italy and i have my permisso soggiorno but i dont have yet my carta identita its possible can travel to norway use only my permisso soggiorno and passport?thanks

Hi there,
Not 100% sure BUT for non-italians the carta d'identit脿 is only a valid, legal document within Italy anyway. So you would have to use your passport anyway to travel (even within Europe). Take your permesso di soggiorno with you as a confirmation of your address of residency. That should do. If you want to know more ask at the comune. They should be able to help you or at least give you a contact. Happy travels :-)
