Vietnam consumer protection agency. Anybody have any experience

Hi

Has anyone any experience of the consumer protection agency here? I have an issue with a large Vietnamese developer regarding details of buying (50 year transferable lease) an apartment from them. I would rather go down the route of negotiation via the consumer protection agency if possible rather than getting expensive lawyers involved.

That's why you should hire lawyers at the beginning of the process.

There is no Consumer Protection Agency, per se, in VietNam - individual provinces enforce rules along with the Cong An.
