there really isnt a clear cut answer to that; it depends on your budget.

what i can say is try not to go for used cars - try as much as possible to find a sedan within your budget range and buy it new if you intend on staying for long, or if not then just lease one from any rental company for monthly periods and the rates are relatively cheaper.
