Can anyone tell me if there is a bus that runs for free or at little cost for national guard workers at King Abdulaziz Medical City to Granada Mall?

A bus trip going to Granada mall for KAMC employees is actually free of charge.check your shopping schedule as per accomodation.

yes..it is...each compound have its schedule..this facility is only for the people who lives in the compound..
