Did anyone ever buy Japan Airline ticket before?

Hi there,

I'd like to go to Tokyo from Ho Chi Minh city and I tried to book a ticket from the Japan Airline website of Vietnam, but failed.聽 Does that mean I can only buy a ticket at the office? Or I just went to the wrong website?
