Hope all is well with you.
I am Canadian as well from Toronto , I was actually thinking to come down to Kuwait and work , live for a bit.
My background is Business Admin , Accounting and was wondering if it is actually easy or difficult to find a job in Kuwait. Fluent in English,Arabic.
Before , I make this move to Kuwait , I just needed your assistance to guide me ? is there a recruitment agency i need to get in touch with or is it tough to find a decent job?
Any Information or links you can provide me with would be greatly appreciated.

accounting firms are your best bet as they are always looking for new recruits.
your background is business admin and accounting and you're unfamiliar with the big 4? 
Google 'em 
then search for their careers page, start applying to them and wait and see.
