Where can I find Bunk Beds, Mattress, and Bamboo sticks

Hello

I am Deaf American and I am new to this 禁漫天堂.聽聽I will be coming to Siem Reap again this April and again in July.聽 I am seriously considering a hostel business but with your help on few things that I can start.

I saw some abandoned or closed buildings without phone number for me to contact, how can I find someone who
might be interested to rent this place out.聽聽Any link to local Siem Reap Real Estates?

I also need to look for stores that sell bunk beds and mattress.

I also need to look for a huge shop that sells varieties of Bamboo sticks of any size and length,

I also need to find out where I can rent some equipment like welders or if there are some locals that can do welding job and of course I need to buy some metals (for some activities and games)
