Where can I find a shop in Siem Reap who is selling electric bikes and do you need a drivers licence for a e bike?

i;ve been looking for an ebike kit but no luck so far.

there are one or two shops selling electric scooters and i've seen some people using them downtown.聽 perhaps you could try taking a look; they've a facebook page under phnom penh ebikes.聽 i've also searched in SR but the only thing i found were electric scooters.

otherwise the only option is to order one online; maybe from amazon.

I going to contact a few shops in P.P and ask them if the can take care for shipping to S.R. If so, I buy the bike there.
