HI Friends,

I have been selected for the HMC for the grade 110 as the IT application support in the first week of Feb 2015. I got the salary slab. After acceptance, they informed that within a couple of weeks will get official offer letter. But 2 months gone, Still offer is pending. as per the current update from agency, Validation - REC is pending in HMC. what does it means.

How much long time it will required for the whole process.

REC means Recruitment And Employment Confederation ( they will do the verification through quest services)

Did it will include only education and past employment or whole things like Criminal, Immigration, etc.,

How much time it ll take to complete this process.

It can take up to 6 months to receive an offer and then 6 more months to actually start working... Be patient
