A New Zealand Qualified Lawyer in Beijing.
It is for the witnessing and certification of a separation agreement, the change of property ownership and relevant signing of financial and transfer documents.

Have you contacted either NZ Embassy or guys at ANZA?

I tried the NZ Embassy. I am in the process of clarifying with them just what they can do as I am not sure they understood what I need at the beginning. I had not heard of ANZA before. I will also give them a try. Thanks for you feed back.

Doubt if Embassy will provide legal assistance BUT most Embassies have a list of lawyers (Chinese聽 and own nationals) that, for a fee, will be happy to assist.
