purchasing medical product from abroad

Hi,
I am trying to purchase contact lenses from ebay and ship it to egypt by express courier. but i heard that, any medical products must get approval of imports from ministry of health. the quantity is one or two pieces, since i want it as personal use and not commercial. is there any solution for this? and if i MUST get approval from MOH even it's personal, how long does it gonna take and what are the fees? just give me any advice regarding this issue so i can get this item delivered safely to me. thank you.

i dont think u need any approval from MOH , once its personal

Are they exceedingly special contact lenses that you want to buy on ebay? If not, to be safe why don't you just get them in Cairo. I'm sure it would be cheaper too.
