Getting a flat in Malta

Hi,
聽聽 My partner and I are moving to Malta in December. We are looking for a 2 bed flat/maisonette with some outside space in or around Valetta for around 500euro per month for long term let. Must accept a Dog.

Would this be asking too much or would this be do-able?

Is half an hour away too far? And is that just rent or rent and bills? And how long do you mean when you say long term? xx

Hi thanks for the reply. We are aiming to get somewhere in Valetta, Sliema, St Julians area. We are also considering St-Paul's Bay. We wouldn't like anywhere too far out of any of these areas. We would want a minimum 6 month tenancy and the 500Euro would be just rent.

in december maybe have but currently no more 500 house these area !
