Hi,
Before you discuss your salary, you should ask about the following things:
1- Accommodation (will they provide you house or flat to stay, what is the condition of the house or they will give you house allowance, if they will give you allowance then minimum should be KD 150.
2- Transportation, if it provided then no issue, if not allowance should be KD 80
3- Ask if they give bonus or not and ask what other benefits they offer.
Make sure your salary not less than KD 500 + plus above benefits
