You would be strongly advised to take copies of all your paperwork, passport, and a photocopy of the KITAS.
You'll probably have to pay a fee.

Certainly he will need to bring all docs involved or at least report it first and ask what documents are required in order to get a replacement card.

The cost is higher than the original one also the process takes some time

For note.
You don't have to carry your KITAS around, just your SKTT or KTP OA (KITAP).

Hi,
First you need to go to nearest police station and report that you lost your KITAS. Take that police report to Immigration office with your passport and other related documents and ask for the procedure.
