Rent - How much do you pay??

Since you all have been very helpfull with advice on accomedation & realestate agent (hagling and so on)
I was thinking that it might be helpfull if you could quickly write:

1.How much you pay in rent?
2.What city you live in?
3.Quick description of what the rent gives you (sqm or foot and so on)

That would help all of us to see what the "standarts" are, and might help expats getting cheated.

In Phnom Penh, Obek Korm area, rent prices are roughly as follows:

* For a Pteah Lveng (ground floor + 3 levels - 4 bedrooms) - 400 to 500 per month
* For a villa (ground floor + 2 levels - 4 bedrooms) 600 to 700 per month

Sqm I have no idea, but all the pteah lvengs have more or less standard size and layout anyway.
A villa has about the same living space, just nicer layout and more stylish.

Edit: Forgot to mention: St. 271 divides Obek Korm into an "expensive" and "not so expensive" part. Above rent prices are for the expensive side.
