2-3 bedroom apartment buildings that allow dogs

Hello everyone!
I am looking for a 2-3 bedroom apartment building that allows dogs indside the flat. If you guys know of any buildings that have a rental price of 100-300kd, and is pet-friendly, please let me know. We got a lovely puppy last month and was told by the owner of the building that dogs weren't allowed 
So I hope some of you guys know of any buildings near you, or the ones you live in, that is suited for our needs.Thank you very much!
