Housing costs in Lisbon

Hello-
I am considering a move to Lisbon and would be interested to learn what would be the cost to buy and maintain an apartment.聽 For example if I were to spend 150,000 euros what would the total cost of purchase be with lawyer fees, transfer fees and any other expenses associated with buying?聽 Also what might I expect to spend for monthly building fees as well as property taxes?聽 I realize that each situation is different but I would appreciate any feedback or suggestions as to where I might find out more.聽 Thank you,聽 Steve
