Hi,
I'm brazilian and want to move out to west bank to live wt my palestinian husband, if I tell to israeli immigration police at airport I have a husband in west bank, would it make easier or harder for me to get in?

This is going to be a tough question, and it's going to involve politics to some level as the area is disputed, and many very much dislike Israeli policy concerning the west bank.
I couldn't find direct advice for Brazilians, but America does offer some.
You would probably do well to contact these people.
Is your husband already in Palestine? If yes he can ask in the ministry of interior.
There is a paper to make there, once you are both there, called family reunion (لم شمل). Where he add you to his documents, as his wife. I am sure this is one of the first steps.
