Shopping business shoes in Phenom Penh

Hi all, I live in Vietnam but the shoe and clothing sizes are too small for many westerners. I normally do my shopping in Jakarta or Bangkok but I'm going to be in P/P tomorrow. Anyone know a place to buy a few pairs of size 45 business shoes??? Just normal quality, nothing fancy.
