depend on your area in riyadh but Fitness time is the famous but not the best.
chose people from your country first & choose people that well educated to share with them

I am with Fitness Times for years and I am satisfied.

I can see you hail from Jordan. They have plenty of good Arab instructors, most of their machines are very well maintained, the admin guys are cordial....what else?

Just my opinion but the best gym is the one that feels right. I've been to many and each one is different. Even if it's the same company.
Check out a couple personally and compare before making a choice.

I have been with Body Master only for fee years and they are good. In one post a friend has put benefits of Fitness Time. They are all there in body master.

I can't agree more about the post above that the best is where you feel the best. Include Body Master in your visit as well along with Fitness Time. Both are good.
