Ugh...Ìý Why does this feel like im on an online dating site? haha

Another Canadian here...Ìý Been in Tripoli for a few days now and just getting things sorted.

I'm a younger chap - a year shy of 30 now.Ìý I'm very active, into a healthy lifestyle and I love adventure and travel.Ìý Hobbies include mountain biking, scuba diving, snorkeling, snowboarding, hiking, any 'gravity' sports.Ìý If I could see all of the ancient ruins, every beach, a few volcanoes, and maybe do some space toursim before I die, I would die very happy and content.Ìý Dream big or go home right? :-)

I'll be working a rotation out of the desert but if everything goes to plan will change my residence to Libya (just waiting on the Visa).Ìý This way I can plan my excursions out into the world for travel and have a home base to keep my things and an address for the tax man!

Anyhoooo, hope to learn something from the rest of you, and perhaps impart some of my own questionable knowledge in return

Cheers

Either Julien has recruited salesmen to infiltrate Tripoli and get more members on board, or we're being overwhelmed by vegetables.

It helps.

You'll fit in fine. :D

To non-native speakers:

D-bag: (abbr.) dochebag

I find "d-bag" to be one of the most meaningful and versatile nouns in the English vocabulary. Props for your elegant placement of this colorful word.

No, he was being American. He dropped the 'u' from colourful too.

Don't ask him to attempt Aluminium.

(not actually a beaver lol)

YOu're right though, beavers are truly top notch animals.Ìý Next to humans, no other animal has reshaped the face of the Earth so dramatically.
