You should rename it to 'Free English for All'. A noble idea but how are you intend on financing the operation?

If i rename it to Free english for all it would be a lie.... It can not be free because even if it is cheaper than english center, the teacher needs to be paid and also developping the project cost too.

I am a teacher of TESOL, working on my Master of Education with emphish In TESOL. I am in VN w my wife, studying here until our return to America.

However, for now ...study the structured language schools now operating here.
1.How will this program be affected by hard money costs?
2. Facility or some online learning? (Outreach)
3. Quality of instructors?
4. Our goal should be English for all.
5. I am willing to discuss anything and everything that will assist Vietnam in growing, assist out population in providing better for their families
6. I know English learning, as transferred to business learning, of which ultimately pays bills, will do a good job of assisting Vietnam grow. 1-2 years to be novice to moderate in proficiency, 3-5 years to be proficient.
7. As learner progresses and stays w it, so do their opportunities grow.

My name's Anh, 25 years old. I graduated with a bachelor degree of English linguistic from USSH, Hochiminh city. I'm used to be an English tutor for 3 years.

I'm currently not teaching at any school. But I know quite well about the environment and condition of teaching and learning English in Vietnam as my mother and some of my friends are English teachers or working in English teaching field.

Personally, I love the idea "English for All". But I don't think it will work in Vietnam, because we can't build a structure and apply it for all. I think we should select our audience. People learning second language choose the language for a purpose.
