internet cafe and lotto business in the phillipines?

I was told i am not allowed to do business in the phillipines unless im married to a local is it true.

Cause im about to start business soon in december,,, Can anybody please advised what should i do

Am I allowed to do internet cafe and lotto business in the phillipines?

You're right! You cannot own a business or a property here in The Philippines unless you have a Filipino Partner to do business with you. You should be very careful in choosing a partner. Someone who you really trust or you have known him/her for a long time. Don't be a victim!
