loan in ksa and exit

I have question that if any person having personal loan from ksa bank and without complting loan can company send exit or he can go exit without paying loan?
Any immigratiin law to prevent expat go exit without pay loan?
Or if he can not go exit without pay loan and company terminate him whst shoul he do?
