Hangout place for Expats. Heard about Yellow bar. Where is it?

In another post I saw a reference聽 to a place called the yellow bar as a hangout for expats but I can't find it on Google or anywhere else. Can anyone suggest where I might find some expats to hang out with in cartegena?
