Im nitya age24 in relationship. He name is viswa..i now viswa 4years but now we have problem viswa is foriner but viswa already married at malaysia. Now her ex wife dint give divorce.how we need to proses for our marriage.??

Any marriage before divorce would be illegal in most countries, meaning the divorce must come first.

A very bad situation, ONLY after divorce with the first wife then can marry otherwise it will be a big problem. Think and proceed
