Tax for importing a used vehicle form Canada to Colombia?

What's the roughly tax for importing a 4 to 5  years old used vehicle from Canada to Colombia? Canada and Colombia has a free trade agreement and does that mean there's no tax on importing a vehicle?

Any suggestions for a good international shipping company ( Broker?  from Canada

As far as I know:  As a foreigner you cannot import any vehicle at all, unless you are a diplomat - only Colombian citizens may import only a new vehicle, and they must pay extremely high import taxes.  See
