Post new topic

G Earner

Hi,

Can a foreigner buy or invest in real estates in Cambodia?

You can't buy land or a house, apartment on the ground floor.  First floor or higher apartments, condo no problem.

Actually some lawyers can secure your transaction, they have 3 different ways, 3 different approaches, and some protection document papers to be edited. If you cannot buy a Land as foreigner therefore you negotiate with the seller to get a r 100 years ou 2*50 years ( of course you will pay the agreed price of the property as it was bought by a khmer national ) Some foreign Hotel Groups  set up in Cambodia using these method. Hope it helps :) Have a beautiful day
