It is not very clear from your post who the lending authority is. Is it a bank? or have you taken a car on lease? why are you unable to pay the installments? have you lost your job and are you planing to leave KSA?

If you took money from an individual, the police can not arrest you straight away,  he needs to file a case against you in the court.

If it is filed in the court, do she has the rights to file a case against the lending?

Is lending by an individual legal in Saudi?
If there is a written agreement between an expat and saudi that expat will pay back an amount and signed on iqama copy. Can Saudi file a case against this and impose travel ban till the amount is fully cleared?

The money is used by expat in investing business and is lost completely. Saudi invested with a self interest in the business but took undertaking with signature from expat that he would return the money. Is expat liable to pay the full money?

Hi, I need your help in understanding my situation.

one saudi guy raised an individual case on me and its in MOJ now. His father invested in a company in 2015 in India which I introduced, and then his father passed away in 2018. Now he is asking me to pay back all money invested in Indian company through the court, although I didnt take anything on my personal capacity and its only send to the company in India, Now court is asking me to come to saudi to do the oath, Im currently outside saudi did final exit in 2022, I'm concerned that there might be travel ban for me and cannot exit if I come back.

My questions are

How to check travel ban on my old iqama when I'm outside?

Can I do oath outside saudi and send to the court?
