Broadband Internet provider recommendations??

I need to get my Broadband sorted as my current methods of surfing are becoming a bit of a pain (USB dongle & Library). Can anyone make any recommendations? I see Jazztel advertising a lot on the TV for 聙200 a year. Anyone use them?

We have Movistar, it's great and fast when it works, but pretty expensive.

The problem is the customer services if it doesn't work, or if you want any kind of information, or change from them, in which case they are an absolute nightmare.

We went with Jazztel in the end because they sent us an offer that didn't tie us in to a years contract. So if they prove troublesome we will just change companies. I'll keep you updated!!!
