I'm retiring on about $30,000 per year, entertaining the possibility of retiring in southern France or Spain. Is this at all possible or advisable?

Any good areas to look at?

I know many people who have done this! In Burgundy , it's an awesome climate and beautiful cheap housing and a healthy lifestyle !聽 Good wine !!!!
France is awesome !!!
