Hi everyone.
We are planning to build a new house in Bursa. I would like to ask if anyone knows whether this would be tax exempt for people who aren't resident in turkey? I know that foreigners buying their first property can now buy without paying tax on it so i wondered if the same applies to building your own home here?

i think there is some differences between buying house and building house,,not same
