I suggest that you find out addresses for logistics companies, mining, trucking etc and approach them about the possibility of employment.
A google search may help; just type in 'logistics jobs Laos' and see what comes up.
As you are Thai there may be a thai company that moves freight etc into Laos so check that out too.
