Advice on product/market testing in HCMC & Vung Tau

Hi,

Can anyone give me some advice or ideas please?

I'm doing a university research project on international markets for food & beverages in HCMC & Vung Tau.

Where would be good places and times to do some premium product testing of F & B in these cities?

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Are you doing surveys/questionnaires?

If so, the best places might be shopping centers like Lotte Mart, Co-op Mart and Lam Sorn Plaza. They seem to be busiest in the late afternoon/evening.

Vietnamese love milk, they ram it down their kids throats. If I was looking at testing the waters Id do what John said and try the shopping centres to get some feedback.

Thank you for the advice. We have been to a number of Co-op Marts which has been very useful. Will check out the plaza in Vung Tau.
