Buying a pair of authentic brand name running shoes

Post new topic

The trainers I've been using for the past 4 years is on it's last legs. Need to buy a new pair.

Can anyone recommend a shop in Vung Tau that stock genuine trainers (for walking, running, going to gym). Preferably Nike, although open to try a good new brand.

Seems the Nike shop that used to be in Ba Cu street is closed for renovation.

I visited the converse and vans shops, however, they don't seem to do Trainers.

BTW, has anyone come across the brand name ecko and Kappa. There's a shop down ba cu street that stocks these brands. Never heard of these brands until today. They had a Kappa trainer for around 1,500,000. Not sure if they are genuine though.

Ecko has been around since the early '90s.  Mark Ecko's clothings and shoes are geared towards the wannabe hip-hop and street kids in the States.  Some of the shoes are very bizarre -- clunky trainers with extra sandal strap over the toe cap, for instance.

Kappa is an old company, the Italian equivalent of Nike.  Kappa low-end trainers are not expensive so 1.5M is probably the right price.

There's an Adidas store at the corner of Nguyen Van Troi and Le Hong Phong.
